Refund policy

We have partnered with a wine shipper located in the US and your wine will be shipped directly from our US partner's warehouse.

Here at Santo Wines, we want you to be satisfied with every aspect of your experience. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we would love to hear from you and take the opportunity to resolve any issues!

We have a 30 day return policy from the date the order is received. Wine that is placed in cellars for months and then claimed to be not acceptable will not be eligible for a return.

Customers may return/cancel the wine they purchased for any reason. Please be aware that there is a $30 return shipping fee along with a 15% restocking fee in order to cover the costs of the return.

Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

All transactions for legal purposes are taking place in the US.
